I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were kept very clean and had all the necessary facilities, but unfortunately, the TV and WiFi were not working during my visit. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Killarney with easy access to bars, restaurants, and transportation for day tours. The service, particularly from a staff member named Les, was exceptional. However, the dining experience didn't include many options, and it was a bit disappointing. Despite the minor setbacks, the value for money was good considering the great location and friendly staff.
